The Slot 1/A Pentium II/Athlon CPU cooling fan is a combination heatsink and fan designed for cooling Intel Pentium II CPUs that use the original SECC plastic cartridge (233-400 MHz), or AMD Athlon CPUs. It sports an extra-large heatsink and three motors for PCs that are running in hot conditions, or are used for heavy processing. The triple smooth running 1.5" brushless ball bearing DC motors are capable of moving 25.5 CFM (cubic feet per minute) of air. Power is supplied to the fans using a 3-lead TX3 connector that plugs into the motherboard and allows the system to monitor fan speeds and operating status.
